Our founder’s journey, from business owner to roles such as Inventory Coordinator, Dispatch Logistician, Transport Supervisor, and Fleet Manager, means our training is grounded in practical knowledge. With direct experience in road, air, and ocean freight, we offer a truly global perspective.

Our 3-week Master Course covers logistics fundamentals, equipment types and costs, essential shipping documentation, cross-border compliance, and hazardous goods handling. Students learn to use industry tools like DAT, Truckstop, TMS platforms, and HAZMAT compliance software, alongside skills in route planning, carrier negotiation, shipment booking, and real-time dispatch simulations. We also provide guidance on starting a dispatch or brokerage business, including pricing, market research, and operations.

We emphasize regulatory compliance, safety, and professional communication, blending technical knowledge with soft skills such as phone etiquette, conflict resolution, and customer service. Training includes case studies, role-play, and live scenarios to bridge theory and practice. Career support (resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, and job search strategies) is available to help students move directly into the workforce.
